While brief, the session uses targeted manual therapy techniques to help reduce tightness and improve comfort.
For ongoing or more complex issues, longer sessions are recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
