What services do you provide?
What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit includes an intake form, a brief discussion of your concerns and goals, and an assessment to guide your massage session.
Treatment is then tailored based on your comfort, preferences, and presentation.

Do you provide aftercare?

We may offer general self-care suggestions such as hydration, rest, or simple comfort tips following a session.
We do not prescribe rehabilitation programs or medical exercise plans.

When should I see a doctor instead?

If you are experiencing severe pain, sudden injury, unexplained symptoms, neurological changes, or ongoing concerns outside the scope of massage care, you should consult a GP or other appropriate healthcare professional.

Qualifications & insurance

All therapists hold recognised Diploma or Advanced Diploma qualifications in remedial massage or myotherapy, maintain current First Aid/CPR certification, and are covered by professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Safety & hygiene

Your safety is a priority. Our therapists follow hygiene and infection control standards, including clean linens, hand hygiene, and appropriate equipment use for each client.

Payments & rebates (HICAPS)

HICAPS on-the-spot health fund rebates are available for eligible services and funds.
Payment can be made by card or bank transfer. Please check with your insurer for rebate eligibility.

Scope & exclusions

Massage services are provided within the scope of myotherapy and remedial massage.
We do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation programs, or return-to-play clearance.

What techniques do you use?

Techniques may include myotherapy-based hands-on techniques, remedial massage, trigger-point work, cupping, or other adjunct modalities where appropriate.
Techniques used will always be discussed with you and adjusted to your comfort level.

When would you not proceed with care?

Massage may not be suitable in some circumstances. If there are reasons a session should not proceed, this will be discussed openly, and you may be advised to seek medical guidance instead.
